Where should we stay?
Secrets & Dreams Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort in Punta Mita, Puerto Vallarta. This is where all wedding events will be hosted.

When do I need to book my room?
A room block is secured for our guests. Please book your room through Romantics Travel (our dedicated wedding planner) by Sept 30, 2026 (see Booking Details on how to book). A $100 deposit per adult reserves your room –with 50% payment due October 4th and final payment due December 4, 2026.

Booking through Romantics Travel gives you access to a flexible payment schedule, our exclusive wedding rates, special perks + personalized, dedicated support for all your booking questions. It also helps us meet our room-block requirements with the resort.

Rooms booked after this date may not have guaranteed availability/rate. 3-night stay minimum.

There is no additional cost to book through our planner— their services are included for our guests.

Is the resort family-friendly or adults-only?
Both! The venue is a beautiful all-inclusive resort with two connected hotel experiences:

- Secrets Bahia Mita – adults-only, featuring additional adult-only private pools, lounges, restaurants and amenities. The couple encourages guests to book Secrets to enjoy the same amenities access. 

- Dreams Bahia Mita – family-friendly, with access to shared areas. Guests staying at Dreams will not have access to the adults-only amenities on the Secrets side.

Are children allowed at the wedding?
While all our wedding events are adult-only, children are welcome to travel with you. Families staying with children should book on the Dreams side of the resort and plan for childcare during wedding activities. Please reach out to kim@romanticstravel.com directly to book a room at Dreams.

Can I bring a +1?
Our guest capacity is limited so please reach out to us directly to request for any additional +1 availability.

What are transportation options to and from the resort?
The resort is 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Guests can book transportation through Romantics Travel, arrange their own vendor, or take a taxi from the airport. For your return trip to the airport, Uber or taxi are the easiest and most affordable options.
